Meg Wieger, CPLTA serves as Land Administration Manager for Black Mountain Oil & Gas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Energy and Sustainability Policy, with a minor in Geography, from Penn State; and is currently pursing a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Wieger has over 12 years of experience covering Contracts & Land Title Administration, GIS drafting and analysis, and regulatory matters in the upstream Oil and Gas industry. Before joining Black Mountain in 2016, she contributed to active asset development, including acquisition and divestiture programs, with companies such as EOG Resources, Inc. and Jetta Operating Company, Inc.
She is an active member of the National Association of Lease and Title Analyst (NALTA); the National Association of Division Order Analysts (NADOA); the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL); and the American Association of Professional Geographers (AAPG).
In addition to being an active NALTA member, Ms. Wieger is a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) and serves as an Approved Instructor for NALTA’s next generation of CPLTA’s.
